KatBat Media is a wife/husband owned small business that started in 2023 with our first public convention being Acadecon 2023.

The goal of KatBat Media is to combine art and gaming in ways that foster passion and curiosity in everyone we reach.

Meet the Artist: Kasey Beals
Hello!
KatBat started out as my branding that I came up with out of college. It's gone through some design changes, but ultimately I landed on this because it combines a few core concepts of my personality. I love cute things/characters, I am super nerdy/geeky, and I have more of a dark aesthetic.
One of the biggest things about me is that I love gaming. It doesn't matter what kind. I love video games such as Zelda, Dark Souls, XCOM, Halo, and Borderlands to name a few favourites. I also enjoy tabletop games like Betrayal of House on the Hill, Pandemic, Sushi Go Party, etc. This does include Pathfinder/DND (Dungeons & Dragons) which is what inspired me to make the Adventure Packs.
Meet the Mouth: Chris Beals
Hi! How is everyone?
My name is Chris and I am the other half of KatBat Media. If you've been to an event with us, you probably have seen and talked with me!

I hopped in with Kasey after she got started as the Adventure pack was such a good idea! For a previous Pathfinder character I went through the process of buying dice, journal, calligraphy pen, ink and that was a pain and the quality was questionable. The Adventure pack includes all of it and more in one place!

I am not an artist, as I say at events, but I love what art brings to the table. I love games and what makes a game go from good to great is the art, whether that is music, sound design, dialogue, or the graphics. These items integrate into games and make them memories.

I am so happy to be a part of KatBat Media as we find ways to bring that art and gaming together to make those lifelong memories!
